Description
This traditional Craftsman-style table is built with quartersawn white oak, features four sturdy legs and small, square spindles, and is joined with mortise and tenon joints. But there are a few surprises in store. There are eighteen spindles, for example, which can make for a lot of tedious drilling, chiseling, and fitting. But we used a simple shortcut to make the mortises quickly and easily. The last surprise is a secret compartment.
