This set of digital plans assists you with making your own table saw sleds. Included are a Cross Cut Sled, Small Parts Sled and a Miter Sled. Pick any or all of the sleds that work for you and your shop!



This free set of plans covers only the the building of 3 different very useful table saw sleds. Included are a Cross Cut Sled, Small Parts Sled and a Miter Sled. They are intended to be used with the instructional YouTube video HERE showing the building process.

These detailed plans are in imperial units. The following is included in the plan:

  • The plan in PDF format with 4 pages
  • Layout diagrams for all material cuts and dimensions
  • Step by step 3D assembly diagrams

The project was designed and developed by April Wilkerson.

The entire plan is included in one PDF document. Most everyone will have a PDF reader installed on their computer already but if you do not you can use the free program Adobe Reader to view the plans. You can download Adobe Reader HERE. The checkout process for this plan uses PayPal. You can use major credit or debit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account.     Table Saw Plans are great as woodworkers we use ideas “plans” of others and make them our own. I really liked the Miter sled most. Making picture frames etc. I also have a cnc machine like April and used it to cut some old butcher block I had on hand. I also used 3/4 inch ply for the bottom. Sometimes we get blocked in thinking of what we want. Thank you AW you jump started my brain.. awesome plans!!!
